A Clear Path: The first step is for me to learn about you, where you are, where you want to be, and why you want to be there. Together, we will help identify your goals and your deeper motivation for wanting to change.
Coaching Checkins: Four checkins per month, conducted weekly. These checkins serve as an opportunity for you to share your experience and progress with me, for me provide guidance and feedback, and for us to examine roadblocks and refine our strategy.
Nutritional Strategy :Your personal tastes and preferences, your genetics, age, gender, blood type, metabolic rate, lifestyle, cultural background and environment all impact what foods will and will not nourish you. "One person's food is another person's poison", or put another way, "there is no one-size-fits-all diet". Together, we will work on developing a nutritional strategy that will allow you to flourish mentally, emotionally, and physically.
Body Intuition: You will learn about how your food nourishes you. Through a greater understanding of nutrition, and how your body responds to the foods that you choose to eat, you will have the expertise to continue to make choices that support your health, long term.
Mental & Emotional Awareness: Through examining the roadblocks you may face when implementing new behaviors, you can start to understand how your thoughts and feelings affect your habits, and ultimately your health. Creating a healthy lifestyle first starts with clearing your mind of unhealthy beliefs. Beyond Strong is a program that focuses on inner strength as well as outer.
Support: I provide ongoing email support (reply within 24hrs), motivation, reading materials and resources to support your growth throughout our time together.
Accountability: Having a coach who is as deeply invested in your progress as you are is unlike any other health service. With me, you will always have somebody here who helps ensure you fulfill the promises you've made to yourself.
You will also receive access to join the AFS TRAINING COMMUNITY, a closed facebook group offering additional encouragement, guidance, support, and access to the AFS TRAINING TEAM COOKBOOK with prep tips, recipes, and more
**Programs are available in TWO OPTIONS:
1) Please note that each month-to-month plan requires an initial payment at sign up which is for your initial client intake, assessment, base program design, AND your first month of coaching. Once this initial down payment is completed, your billing cycle will begin and you will be charged the lowered monthly rate every 30 days. Month-to-Month plans are non-refundable.
2) Package Plans, which are offered in three (5% off), six (10% off), or twelve (15% off) month blocks at a discounted rate when compared to month-to-month plans. Package plans are extremely popular with recurring clients or are well suited for individuals who are confident in their commitment to health and fitness. Package plans may be frozen due to injury or illness but they are non-refundable.
