I have been an online coach for over a decade and during that time I have worked with women of all ages, from all walks of life, all with different fitness levels and different lifestyles. 

But despite these differences I came to notice one common struggle: what prevents people from achieving their goals isn't physical. It's mental. 

The fitness industry lies to you constantly. 
They lie to you about how long true transformation takes.
They lie about how hard it is, while also making it seem WAY harder than it is - when you focus on the right things.
They don't tell you that improving your physique won’t make you happy.
They don't tell you that you have more value than just the way you look.
They don't tell you that there’s more to life than just eating and training.

I know what it’s like to go through the 12 week challenge - over and over again, to work hard n the gym, with your food, yet to feel like you're in a constant state of struggle and hardly seeing any changes in the mirror. To still- despite all your efforts- feel a sense of dissatisfaction with your body and yourself.

I know all this because that’s what I have been there.

After a while what I figured out that what I needed to focus on was building a healthier perspective about my body, myself, and the process of diet and exercise. I needed to cultivate a healthy relationship with food, to build my confidence.


Because while training and nutrition are important, it’s not the answer.
