The January Jump!

Think about how many January's have come and gone where you've cut sugar, dropped carbs and exercised like mad only to gain back every single pound you lost?


Extreme diets are appealing because we think the harder it is or the more restrictive we are the more likely it is that we will be successful. But nothing can be further from the truth.


The reality is that extreme restriction does lead to weight loss but it ALSO leads to rapid weight gain when the diet ends.

It’s why I created the JANUARY JUMP, a four week habit building program to help you shake off the holidays and head into the new year with renewed focus.


The January Jump is not a diet or exercise plan. It's a unique coaching experience created with women in mind. It is an integrative program that helps you learn to eat with mindfulness and self care. You will be encouraged to make nutritional choices based on nourishment not deprivation and you will learn how to embrace exercise as a reward for what your body can do, not as punishment for something that you ate.

With the January Jump you will get:

  • Access to private group coaching through a closed Facebook group. For the full 4 weeks this group will serve as the foundation of the program. It will allow you to interact with me (your coach) and the other women taking the Jump with you! The group experience allows for you to receive expert coaching AND support an accountability from a community of women who are all taking the same journey as you!

  • A strategic nutrition plan that will guide you to eat mindfully and with purpose- NO food scales, macro logging or calorie counting is required!

  • A supplementation plan to help fill in nutritional deficiencies and balance your body's digestive and hormonal systems

  • A training plan that will comfortably fit within the context of your life (home and travel options available!)

  • Helpful suggestions for creating positive lifestyle change. You will be provided with information on how to food prep, how to eat well while traveling, how to prevent over-eating, and what it means to become a mindful eater.

Every week in the Facebook group, there will be three crucial posts.

  • FRIDAY FLASHBACK: This post will be all about celebrating our successes from the past week

  • SUNDAY SETUP: This post will allow you to take a moment to look ahead to the coming week and set your intentions.

  • HUMP DAY PICKUP: There is no better time for an accountability checkin then the dreaded mid week slump. This post will serve as a touch base, where you can share a strength gain, a positive habit you’ve successfully cultivated, or how much weight you’ve lost.

  • In between you can expect lots of expertly crafted health, fitness, and nutrition posts from me, as well as meal planning tips and helpful recipes to keep you on track!

In consideration of Alli-Fitness Systems LLC, I understand that by requesting a customized nutrition or personal training program, purchasing an e-book, or engaging in a contest preparation, I must complete a preliminary client intake form that is provided to by Alli-Fitness Systems LLC/, Allison Fahrenbach If there are any limiting factors, physical conditions or disabilities that may limit you from participating in a prescribed exercise or dietary plan I must acknowledge these factors. I understand that I must accept full responsibility for my health and well being in participating voluntarily in any new or modified exercise, fitness, or nutrition program. I participate in the activity at my sole risk and responsibility; I release, indemnify and hold harmless Alli-Fitness, its servants, agents, employees and representatives from and against all and any actions or claims which may be made by me or on behalf or by other parties for or in respect of or rising out of injury, loss, damage or death caused to me or my property whether by negligence, breach of contract or in any way whatsoever. I also agree that in the event that I am injured or suffer damage, I will bring no claim, legal or otherwise against Alli-Fitness in respect of that injury or damage.


Payment and Cancellation Policy

All Payments and purchases are non- refundable. All programs and purchases MUST be redeemed within 15 days of the purchase date. Failure to redeem within 15 days of program purchase WILL result in a loss of total program time.


Full payment of the programs must be made according to the payment plan established between you and Alli-Fitness. If adherence to legal payment plan terms is not met at the behest of the client, Alli-Fitness reserves the right to exercise any and all authority under the law to extract payment due from the client. Payments can be made by credit/debit card transaction online via PayPal and/or by money order in person.

Recurring payment plans require a 30 day cancellation notice. Recurring payments must be canceled by the subscriber through their subscription dashboard on Paypal.
