One-on-one Coaching

Welcome-

I am so glad that you're here. I have been an online functional health and nutrition coach for fourteen years. I have helped hundreds of men and women lose weight, heal their body and improve their health, and I am confident that I can help you too!

My one-on-one coaching programs are available to you in two options: Premium and Basic. Both programs are built on the following:

A Clear Path: The first step is for me to learn about you, who you are, where you are, where you want to be, and why you want to be there. Together, we will help identify your goals and your deeper motivation for wanting to change. 

 

Coaching Checkins: Coaching checkins are conducted conveniently from the comfort of your home, either through email or a phone call. Checkins serve as opportunities for you to share your experience and progress, for me provide guidance and feedback, and for us to examine roadblocks and refine our strategy.  

 

Nutritional Strategy :Your personal tastes and preferences, your genetics, age, gender, blood type, metabolic rate, lifestyle, cultural background and environment all impact what foods will and will not nourish you. "One person's food is another person's poison", or put another way, "there is no one-size-fits-all diet". Together, we will work on developing a nutritional strategy that will allow you to flourish mentally, emotionally, and physically.

 

Body Intuition: You will learn about how your food nourishes you. Through a greater understanding of nutrition, and how your body responds to the foods that you choose to eat, you will have the expertise to continue to make choices that support your health, long term.

 

Mental & Emotional Awareness: Through examining the roadblocks you may face when implementing new behaviors, you can start to understand how your thoughts and feelings affect your habits, and ultimately your health. Creating a healthy lifestyle first starts with clearing your mind of unhealthy beliefs. Beyond Strong is a program that focuses on inner strength as well as outer.

 

Support: I provide ongoing email support (reply within 24hrs), motivation, reading materials and resources to support your growth throughout our time together.

 

Accountability: Having a coach who is as deeply invested in your progress as you are is unlike any other health service. With me, you will always have somebody here who helps ensure you fulfill the promises you've made to yourself.​

Premium One-on-one Coaching

With premium coaching you will receive my highest level of guidance and support throughout the duration of your personal transformation. Created for anyone:

  • who has struggled with creating healthy habits or sustaining a healthy weight

  • who has underlying health issues that require careful monitoring such as hormonal imbalances, digestive issues, autoimmune disorders, or a compromised metabolism

  • who struggles with body image, disordered eating patterns or an unhealthy relationship with food and eating

  • who wants personal guidance, accountability and the unconditional presence of an expert

  • who valúes genuine and personal connection

  • who feels best supported and encouraged by communicating face to face or on the phone

 

Includes:

  • A comprehensive assessment & review of your health history, nutritional habits, lifestyle, assessment of labs (if applicable), and a deep dive into the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual factors that contribute to or have limited your personal growth and progress.

  • Initial phone call. After completing your comprehensive assessment we will set a time to speak, in person, so I can better get to know you and help develop an individualized program that will enable you to start making progress towards your goals.

  • Weekly phone check ins which will enable you and I to discuss your progress and plan your next steps.

  • Unlimited access to me through both text messaging and email

  • A fully customized, all inclusive nutritional strategy, training program, supplement protocol (if applicable), and treatment plan

  • Access to my private, clients only, FB community of incredible men and women who will help further provide you with encouragement and support.

Basic One-on-one Coaching

Basic coaching offers the same individualized coaching experience as premium but without all the “bells and whistles”. You will receive accountability, education, & knowledge, just not with the same support or detail offered in Premium Coaching (you may always upgrade for it!)

Created for anyone:

  • who has their health on track but needs help with weight loss or body composition goals!

  • who has struggled to create lifestyle change in the past and is seeking to build healthy habits and sustainable weight loss

  • who has some previous dieting/food logging/macro tracking experience

  • who wants personal guidance and accountability

  • who feels best supported and encouraged by expressing him or herself through email.

 

Includes:

  • A comprehensive assessment & review of your health history, nutritional habits, and lifestyle

  • Initial phone call. After completing your comprehensive assessment we will set a time to speak, in person, so I can better get to know you and help develop an individualized program that will enable you to start making progress towards your goals.

  • Weekly email check ins which will enable me to assess progress and make any necessary program changes

  • A fully customized nutritional strategy, training program, and supplement protocol (if applicable)

  • Access to my private, clients only, FB community of incredible men and women who will help further provide you with encouragement and support.

Healthy Habits: Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching Program

This specialty program is a habit based wellness program that introduces incremental nutrition and lifestyle changes to help you reach your goals. In this program there won’t be any mention of calories, macros or complicated nutrition plans. Instead, you and I will focus on making small yet high impact habit changes.

Created for anyone:

  • who has struggled to be consistent with with exercise and nutrition

  • who has struggled to reach or sustain a healthy weight

  • who is just getting started on improving their nutrition and lifestyle

  • who is seeking lifelong freedom from diet rules, restrictions, logging macros and tracking calories

  • who tends to become overwhelmed with too much change at once, and feels much more comfortable making progressive and incremental adjustments

 

Includes:

  • A comprehensive assessment & review of your health history, nutritional habits, and lifestyle

  • Initial phone call. After completing your comprehensive assessment we will set a time to speak, in person, so I can better get to know you and help develop an individualized program that will enable you to start making progress towards your goals.

  • Four check ins (3 email + 1 phone call) which will enable you and I to discuss your progress and plan your next steps.

  • 11 total habit challenges (each lasting two weeks)

  • Food prep strategies and plenty of health conscious recipes to help jumpstart your new lifestyle

  • Access to my private, clients only, FB community of incredible men and women who will help further provide you with encouragement and support.
