FIGURE POSING SESSIONS

When each and every competitor on stage has dieted their best and looks phenomenal- much of what separates top finishers from those who do not place, is posing and presentation.

Figure posing sessions will go into detail on techniques necessary to compete on stage for figure competitors. Polish, poise, presentation, and posing are of the utmost importance and very commonly overlooked.

Figure Posing sessions will include the following;

• Suit style and color,
• Heel preference
• Walking the stage
• Eye contact and judge interaction techniques
• Model and elective poses
• Mandatory quarter turns
• Posing alterations and tricks to help accentuate YOUR best attributes as well as disguise any physique flaws or trouble areas

Sessions last for 75 minutes and are conducted at Gold's Gym in Harrisburg PA.
